About Plans65

Radif Partners reads the plan landscape files that CMS publishes each September, county by county, and turns them into tables anyone can scan: monthly premium, drug deductible, in-network out-of-pocket limit and star rating for every plan filed for 2027. The premium, IRMAA and Part D figures come from the CMS fact sheets, the SSA operations manual and the 2027 Rate Announcement, each linked and dated on the page that uses it. This site is not run by, endorsed by or connected to the federal government, sells no insurance and passes nobody's details to an agent.

Why this site exists

Type "Medicare Advantage plans" into a search engine and most of the commercial results end the same way: a box for your ZIP code, then a toll-free number and the words "licensed insurance agent". The plans themselves stay hidden until someone who earns a commission on your enrollment has your phone number. This site does better than the first Google results for these searches because it lists every 2027 Advantage plan of your county with its premium, drug deductible, out-of-pocket limit and 2027 star rating straight from the CMS file, with no ZIP code, phone number or agent, and turns the official Part B, IRMAA and Part D tables into calculators for your own income and drugs.

The September 2026 landscape file holds 5,561 plan segments across 3,162 counties and territories, plus 323 stand-alone drug plans. Everything in it is public: a work of the federal government, free to reuse. What was missing was a way to read it without a spreadsheet.

Who publishes it

The site is published by Radif Partners, a company that builds calculators on public data. It is not an insurance agency, a broker, a third-party marketing organization or a call center. It has no contract with any insurer, no partner to send you to and no lead to sell. The name of the federal program appears in our pages because it is what the pages are about; it never appears in our name, our address or our logo, and nothing here should be read as coming from the government (see 42 U.S.C. §1320b-10).

What we use, and what we leave out

We use the CMS landscape files for 2027 and 2026, the 2027 Star Ratings data tables released on October 8, 2026, the CMS premium fact sheet for 2026, the SSA operations manual for income brackets, the 2027 Rate Announcement for the drug benefit, and the 2026 Trustees Report for projections that are labeled as such. We leave out what we cannot check: insurers' marketing claims about extra benefits, provider networks we cannot read from a public file, and any "average premium" from a source that does not show its method.

What the site cannot tell you

The landscape file does not list each plan's copays, its pharmacy network, its drug list or the doctors in its network. Before joining a plan, read its Evidence of Coverage and check your doctors and drugs with the plan or on Medicare.gov. Our method page explains each figure and its limits, and the editorial policy how errors are corrected.

Contact

Corrections and questions about a figure: contact@plans65.com. We do not answer enrollment questions about a person's case and we never call anyone: for personal help, your State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) counsels for free and sells nothing.

Plan figures are read from public CMS and SSA files; costs are estimates only and do not replace a plan’s Evidence of Coverage, which can change its network, drug list or copays. This is not financial or professional advice, and we receive nothing from any plan.
