E-mail only: contact@plans65.com. There is no contact form and no phone line, on purpose: on Medicare sites a form is usually the first step of a sales call, and we make none.
Useful messages
- A plan, premium or limit that differs from what the plan or Medicare.gov shows: give the state, the county and the plan ID (for example H1234-005-0). We check it against the CMS file and the next file update.
- A newer CMS or SSA release we have not used yet.
- Embedding the plan finder on a library, senior center or newsroom site: the code is on the embed page.
What we do not do
We do not enroll anyone, recommend a plan for a person or review a plan you were offered. For free one-to-one counseling with no sales interest, contact your State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP); for an official answer about your own record, the Social Security Administration or 1-800-MEDICARE.
